Spa Sensations

Close your eyes and immerse yourself in a world of sensations. The spa at this hotel in Santa Cruz de Tenerife features over 4,500 m² devoted entirely to taking care of your body and mind. Rid yourself of stress in the water circuit. There’s a dynamic pool, whirlpool bath, Scotch hose, sauna, dry heat, footbath, bubble beds and even a flotation pool where you can feel zero gravity as if you were floating in the Dead Sea. And to round off the day, spend some time in the relaxation area with some fruit, water and tea. Everything you need for a truly relaxing day!

Remember that entry is not permitted for children under 16. Those between 16 and 17 should be accompanied by an adult.

Tasting Menu

The Papa Negra restaurant is where you’ll find a blend of Canary Island tradition and the most innovative, avant-garde cuisine so that there’s a bite of the “Lucky Islands” in each and every dish.

Under the tutelage of Javier Martín, the chefs at the Papa Negra restaurant create surprising dishes based on locally-sourced ingredients. Coloured potatoes with mojo sauce or cream of watercress with millet foam, fresh cheese and gofio are just two of the delicacies to be found in the best restaurant at this hotel in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. There’s nothing better to wash it all down with than the selection of wines and cavas from our wine cellar. Still haven’t tried the Canary Island cuisine? This could be right time to do so.

The tasting menu consists of:

  • Artisan breads and contrasts
  • Ceviche of albacore with onion Guayonge, coriander and mango
  • Sama rockfish casserole with its scaldón and squid ravioli
  • Rabbit loin and black potato, onion stew and gofio peel
  • Chocolate O’noir with hazelnut sponge cake over lime and ginger cream
  • Mignardises of our obrador
  • Marinated with wines from our winery

  • You can cancel this reservation 24 hours prior to the start of the daypass. In the event you do not cancel the reservation and do not check in on the day of the booking, the hotel will charge the amount of the reservation to the credit card.
